Description

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment to minimise downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement to optimise equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Provide technical support during breakdowns and emergencies.

Profile

A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:

• Experience working in a similar position (3 years experience)
• Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
• Practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in an engineering context.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary between £35,000 and £37,000.
• Monday - Friday Days - 38.5 hours per week
• 33 days Holiday, Including Bank Holidays
