Maintenance Fitter
Hours: three-week rolling rota | 12 hours shifts Days 6AM-6PM and Nights 6PM-6AM | Working 12/21 days
Salary: £47,000 - £50,000pa experience dependant
Location: Burton-on-Trent
We are looking for an experienced maintenance fitter working a mixture of days and nights to join a busy manufacturing facility on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity due to business growth with opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to breakdowns and provide technical support to production
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance following maintenance schedules.
- Fault-finding, root cause analysis, and diagnostics
- Supporting upgrades, installations, and modifications
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- Recognised engineering qualifications desired
- Strong mechanical engineering experience
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding advantageous
- Background in production or manufacturing, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
