Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:

We’re recruiting an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a fast-paced, high volume FMCG manufacturing site. If you’re a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and a background in food, drink, or packaging, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

As Engineering Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of engineers to deliver fast, effective maintenance and continuous improvement across production and site equipment. (60% hands on) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of engineers during shift

• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery

• Ensure all H&S, quality, and food safety standards are met

• Drive a culture of proactive maintenance and CI

• Support training, development, and performance management

• Communicate effectively with production, technical and other departments

What We’re Looking For:

• Engineering experience within FMCG, food, drink, or packaging environment

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting

• Flexible, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills

• Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ, ONC, HNC, or higher)
