An exciting opportunity has arisen within this leading UK Manufacturing operation for a Maintenance Supervisor working days, to lead itsĀ engineering team at its facility based on the outskirts of Nuneaton.Ā
THE ROLE
Commutable from Coventry, Rugby, Tamworth, Hinckley, Leicester, Atherstone, Solihull and the surrounding areas,Ā Reporting directly into the PlantĀ Manager and working days, as the Maintenance Team LeaderĀ you will be responsible for the planned preventativeĀ maintenance across the whole site as well as the management of a small team of engineers and technicians.

THE CANDIDATE
The role of Maintenance Team LeaderĀ will suit an existing senior maintenance engineer or supervisor/Manager looking for the next step, or an existing maintenance manager looking for aĀ challenging supervisory role. Ideally you will have strong electrical/mechanical skills as well as aĀ good understanding of PPM/TPM etc. Experience of health and safety and certifications will be an advantage also.
