Job Description:

Maintenance Technician / Handyman
Salary: £30,000 + Door-to-Door Travel + Overtime + Company Vehicle
OTE: £45,000+

We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role covering both planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive service and repair across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) in line with schedules
• Responding to reactive maintenance calls and fault finding
• Emergency lighting testing and basic fault rectification
• Water temperature checks and compliance monitoring
• Fire safety PPMs and basic system checks
• General plumbing works including minor repairs and installations
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulations
• Accurate completion of job reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar maintenance or handyman role (essential)
• Good all-round knowledge of building maintenance services
• Basic understanding of compliance tasks (fire, water hygiene, etc.)
• Plumbing experience essential
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Clear DBS check (essential)
