We're on the lookout for a senior level Management Accountant to join a thriving, family-run business just outside Loughborough. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a proven Finance Director, a natural leader and mentor - in a role that puts you at the heart of commercial and operational decision-making.

With a solid technical finance team already in place, your job will be to bridge finance and the wider business, driving insight, challenging performance, and influencing outcomes. • Delivering clear, insightful monthly management accounts with full variance and margin analysis.

• Partnering closely with operations, sales, and marketing to drive business performance.

• Playing a key role in budgeting and forecasting, informing key strategic decisions.

• Leading and developing two Assistant Management Accountants.

• Supporting stock, margin, pricing, and labour analysis across industrial and commercial divisions.

• Being a key contributor in group reporting, audits, payroll support, and more.

• ACCA/CIMA qualified (or late-stage) with a background in manufacturing.

• A natural business partner who can challenge and influence stakeholders.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP/BW experience a bonus.

• Highly analytical with a sharp eye for trends, accuracy, and improvements.

• A team player with leadership capability and strong emotional intelligence.

• Someone who works with integrity, initiative, and energy-no micromanagement here.
