Management Accountant

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Management Accountant to join a dynamic team in a fast moving, forward thinking business.  As the business continues to expand, this position will play a key part in strengthening our financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making. It’s a hands-on role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organisation.
You’ll be the go-to person for insightful reporting, margin analysis, and driving smarter decision-making across the business.
Responsiblities:

• Monthly management accounts across 4 divisions
• Performance insights via Flash Reports & KPIs
• Analysis of gross margin, variances, and cost opportunities
• Partner with teams on WIP, stock, PO accruals & audit prep
• Drive process improvements and support forecasting & budgeting
• Collaborate across finance to deliver group-wide objectives

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or at the final stages if part qualified
• Strong Excel with an detailed eye for data
• Curious, analytical, and always looking to improve
• Experience in management accounting and financial analysis
• Bonus: Power BI or PowerQuery skills (or keen to learn!)
