Job Description:

Management Accountant – upto £45,000 + Study + Benefits – Nottingham (Hybrid)

This is a newly created position, offering the chance to take ownership of key financial processes and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. It’s an exciting time to join, with ongoing investment in systems, people, and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Producing timely and accurate monthly financial reports
• Analysing performance trends and providing actionable insights
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Partnering with operational teams to enhance financial understanding
• Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements
• Assisting with year-end reporting and audit preparation

What You’ll Bring:

• Part-qualified or qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Solid grounding in management accounting and financial analysis
• Strong Excel skills and experience with finance systems
• A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues
