Management Accountant | £50-60k | Nottingham

Are you ready to take ownership of a newly created finance role in a fast-growing business? We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Management Accountant to join our clients dynamic team at their Nottingham based head office.
This is more than just a reporting role — it’s a chance to shape how financial insight drives operational success. You’ll be at the heart of performance analysis, decision support, and process improvement across multiple business units, helping senior leaders make smarter, faster decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering monthly management accounts with insightful commentary and performance analysis.
• Producing flash reports and KPIs that highlight trends and opportunities.
• Driving margin clarity and ensuring accurate revenue and cost recognition.
• Partnering with operational teams to improve financial controls and efficiency.
• Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and audit preparation.
• Leading initiatives to streamline reporting and digitise financial processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
• Strong Excel skills and a passion for data-driven decision making.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative approach.
• Experience in management accounting and financial analysis.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Power BI or Excel Power Query (or a willingness to learn).
