Salary: £36,000 - £38,000
Contract: Full Time / Permanent

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where finance is truly embedded in the day‑to‑day running of the business. You'll act as a trusted management accountant, business partner to provide valuable insight, challenge and analysis to stakeholders at all levels.

As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely and meaningful financial reporting. You will support budgeting, forecasting and month-end, and play a key role in analysing performance and identifying trends.

Working closely with non-finance colleagues, you will help them understand financial impacts, improve processes, and make data-driven decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both detailed analytical work and building strong relationships across the business.

• Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple operational locations
• Analyse variances to budget and prior periods, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Produce weekly P&Ls, revenue and cost reports, and daily/weekly performance metrics
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Complete monthly accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain reporting files and ensure accuracy and consistency
• Partner with operational and sales teams, providing insight and financial support
• Visit UK sites to engage with teams and offer training to non-finance colleagues
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and analysis requests from the business
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting and financial processes

We're looking for someone who is highly analytical, confident working with large data sets and able to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong Excel and data-handling skills
• Extensive experience in a finance function
• Ideally studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Experience producing or supporting management accounts
• Experience supporting non-finance stakeholders
• Familiar on financial systems
