Managing Associate – Town Planning & Environmental Group
Nottingham | £55,000–£70,000 + Benefits | Hybrid

What You’ll Do
- Lead on strategic land promotion, major applications, and planning appeals.
- Deliver development appraisals, portfolio reviews, and enforcement advice.
- Drive public consultation and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee multi-disciplinary teams on planning applications and Environmental Impact Assessments.
- Represent clients at inquiries, hearings, and written representation appeals.
- Advise on Community Infrastructure Levy mitigation and viability strategies.

About You
- Qualified Town Planner with experience in strategic land, complex applications, and appeals.
- Commercially minded and collaborative.
- Strong communicator
- Experience/desire to support junior colleagues
- Passionate about planning and business development.
