Permanent
£18 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Day Shifts – 7am-4pm, 7am-12pm Friday (41 hours per week)
Location: Mancetter / Atherstone / Witherley

Manual Grinder Are you an experienced Manual Grinder looking for a stable, long-term role with a respected precision engineering company? This position has become available due to retirement and offers excellent working conditions, overtime opportunities, and the chance to work on high-quality aerospace components.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate manual grinding machines to tight tolerances
  
  
• Work from engineering drawings to produce precision components
  
  
• Maintain quality standards and carry out basic machine maintenance
  
  

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Manual Grinder
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  
  
• Aerospace or precision engineering background preferred
  
  

Benefits

• £18 per hour (negotiable for the right experience)
  
  
• Overtime at time and a quarter/time and a half (double on Sundays)
  
  
• Day shifts – early Friday finish
