Manual Miller / Turner Machinist

Job Description:

Orbital Recruitment are currently recruiting a Manual Miller / Turner Machinist for our client based in Corby.

The Role

3-month Temp to Perm role

Immediate interviews and starts available

You will be responsible for machining precision-engineered parts, including:

• Rollers, shafts, and conveyor components
• Working on manual milling and turning machines
• Using Colchester lathes
• Operating 3-axis machines
• Supporting breakdown work when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating manual milling machines
• Strong background in manual milling and turning
• Flexible and reliable approach to work

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am – 5:00pm

Pay

• £17–£19 per hour (DOE)
• Overtime rates available
