Manual Turner

Job Description:

Mazco Recruitment are working with a well-established engineering company in Rugby who are looking to recruit an experienced Manual Turner on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist who enjoys hands-on work in a stable, supportive workshop environment.

The Role:

• Operating manual lathes to produce precision components

• Working mainly on Colchester or Ajax machines

• Reading and working from engineering drawings

• Producing small to medium batch work to tight tolerances

• Maintaining quality and housekeeping standards

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Manual Turner

• Confident using Colchester and/or Ajax manual lathes

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused

• Reliable and flexible with working hours
