Manufacturing Engineer
£45,000 + Flexible Hours + Lunch Friday Finish

The site produces complex, precision products using modern manufacturing methods and continues to expand due to strong demand. Manufacturing Engineer responsibilities Include -

• Lead New Product Introduction projects, ensuring smooth transfer of new products into production.
• Create and maintain manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and process documentation, keeping ERP data accurate.
• Support feasibility and manufacturability reviews for new and existing components.
• Provide day-to-day engineering support to production, helping resolve process and material issues.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing methods and documentation.
• Support root cause analysis, process validation, and engineering change integration.

Manufacturing Engineer - Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Design Engineer, NPI Engineer, or similar.
• Confident using 3D CAD (Catia or SolidWorks) to interpret and manage engineering drawings.
• Solid understanding of mechanical principles and modern manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and strong communication skills.
