Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description:

Location: Coventry but commutable from Nuneaton, Warwick, Leamington and Rugby. 
Salary: £34,000–£38,000
Shifts: 2- or 3-shift rotational pattern

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of production operators to consistently achieve daily targets.
• Oversee a variety of production processes, including machine operation and assembly.
• Ensure the highest levels of quality assurance, delivering products that meet stringent standards.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, workflow, and team performance.
• Maintain a safe working environment, upholding all health & safety regulations.
• Provide clear guidance, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a proactive and collaborative culture.

• Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role within a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, motivational leadership style that inspires team success.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
