Marketing & Social Media Manager
Loughborough | Full-Time, On-site | £26,000 – £30,000 DOE

ESP are looking for a creative Marketing & Social Media Manager who can hit the ground running, think strategically, use initiative, and implement an online marketing strategy that reflects the excellence, innovation, and luxury of the ESP brand, using market insight, creative thinking, and out-of-the-box ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with ESP’s brand values and commercial objectives, which includes multiple brands within the ESP Group
• Research market trends, competitors, and opportunities across the fitness and wellness sectors
• Plan and deliver innovative, out-of-the-box marketing campaigns
• Support the Commercial Sales Manager with marketing initiatives and sales-focused content
• Create, publish, and manage high-quality still and video content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
• Grow the ESP Group’s digital presence with a focus on engagement, reach, and performance
• Capture behind-the-scenes, interviews, events, and video content
• Use AI tools to enhance content creation and marketing performance
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns aligned with the sales strategy
• Managing ESP’s multiple websites, including updating sites and monitoring analytics
• Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics to continuously refine strategy

Skills & Experience Required

• A natural flare for creativity
• At least 2 years’ experience in marketing and social media content generation
• Strong creative background with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual and digital work
• Proven experience growing social media accounts
• Confident with video editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc)
• Comfortable analysing performance and trends
• Interest in fitness, wellness, or luxury brands is advantageous
• Valid passport and willingness to travel when required
