Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Marketing Assistant on behalf of a well-known and established hospitality venue near Leicester.

About the role: 

• Work closely with the in-house sales team, and an external sales consultant in planning, executing and delivering engaging marketing campaigns, promotions and events.
• Collaborate with different departments in the creation of in-house promotions.
• Manage social media accounts and contribute towards the growth of the hotel’s online presence.
• Assist with digital content creation, promotional materials, and branding.
• Support the sales team and external consultants with marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistent brand visibility throughout the property.

About you: 

• A creative and commercially aware individual with an interest in marketing, advertising or sales.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Keen to develop a long-term career in hospitality marketing.
• Comfortable using basic marketing/design software tools.
• Confident with different Social Media channels.
• Capable of working with different teams and departments.
• Hospitality industry experience and knowledge would be an advantage.
