Job Description:
Role : Markeitng Coordinator (Hybrid)
Location: Leicester
Hours: 8:30 - 17:00 Mon-Fri
Pay: £23,000 - £30,000
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution: Support the planning, development, and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, traditional).
Content Creation: Produce engaging materials including blogs, videos, case studies, white papers, and PR content to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Channel & Platform Management: Manage social media scheduling, monitor engagement, update websites, and maintain marketing databases/CRM.
Event & Partnership Coordination: Organise and promote events, webinars, and trade shows while liaising with internal teams, vendors, and agencies.
Performance & Brand Oversight: Track campaign metrics, report on results, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications.
Desired Qualification/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong organisational, project management, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, email, social media).
Excellent communication skills, creative mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
