
We are working with a fast-growing, ambitious business seeking an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Manager to take full ownership of its marketing function.

The Opportunity
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the annual marketing plan in line with wider business objectives. You will lead brand development, digital performance, content creation, and campaign management while working closely with senior leadership and commercial teams.
This role offers genuine autonomy and the chance to build and shape the marketing function as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy aligned to business goals
Own and evolve the brand across all channels (website, digital assets, social media)
Manage external marketing agencies across SEO, PPC and digital campaigns
Create high-quality content including case studies, brochures, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns and social media posts
Oversee and enhance HubSpot CRM infrastructure, including workflows, segmentation, dashboards and analytics
Optimise website performance and content
Track performance metrics, measure ROI and report to senior management
Support events, webinars and exhibitions
Manage online reputation, testimonials and case studies
Collaborate with business development and operational teams to ensure marketing supports commercial priorities

Experience & Skills
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools
Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media)

Design tool experience (Canva, Adobe or similar) desirable
Background in financial services or B2B marketing beneficial but not essential
