What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Steward, you’ll be at the heart of our matchday operation, helping to create a safe, welcoming environment for every supporter. You’ll:
- Work closely with supervisors and the safety team
- Support crowd safety, movement, and flow
- Assist with security, incident response, and emergency procedures
- Monitor spectator areas to prevent overcrowding
- Use radios, tablets, and other matchday technology
- Respond professionally to issues, conflict, or concerns
- Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors
- Uphold ground regulations and safety standards
- Attend pre‑match briefings and follow matchday communication lines
No previous experience? No problem — full training and qualifications are provided.
