About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Mechanical Building Services Engineer with around two years of industry experience to join a dynamic consultancy team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to develop their career in building services design and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects (HVAC, ventilation, heating, cooling, and water systems).

• Work collaboratively with senior engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver innovative solutions.

• Support project documentation, calculations, and technical reports.

• Contribute to sustainable design strategies, energy efficiency, and low-carbon solutions.

• Attend site visits, client meetings, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

• Approximately 2 years’ relevant industry experience.

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems within building services.

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Enthusiasm for sustainable design and professional development (working towards Chartership is desirable).
