We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a growing and dynamic team based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the Midlands and London, delivering high-quality mechanical installations within commercial and industrial sectors.

The Role
As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical contracts across multiple sites
• Oversee project delivery from planning through to handover
• Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
• Attend site meetings across the Midlands and London

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or similar role
• Strong background in mechanical building services
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Midlands and London
