Are you a mechanical design engineer interested in designing special purpose machinery from scratch, in a company who will train and develop your skills to progress your career?

On offer is the opportunity to become a vital asset to the business. You will be supporting the design team and conceptualising your own designs for special purpose bespoke machinery for the energy industry.

This role would suit a mechanical design engineer with experience designing machinery in SolidWorks, looking to join a company who will reward you for your efforts and recognise hard work with career progression.

The Role:

• Using SolidWorks to design equipment to client specifications
• Assist the Engineering Manager in developing client specifications to be applied to the design process
• Participate in regular design reviews to ensure all necessary remedial actions are take
• Ensure design conformance with each products' target market requirements as well as agreed technical standards
• Assist and support customers with Engineering, Design and Technical information

The Person:

• Experience in a mechanical design engineer role, designing machinery
• Experience using SolidWorks
• Full UK driving licence
