£40,000 - £45,000 Negotiable + Private Healthcare + 33 Days + Benefits
Remote, with occasional travel to the Midlands

Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer who has worked on material handling systems, conveyors, silos or similar?

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will work on bespoke plant layout and full scale projects across quarrying, minerals, cement, construction and recycling. You'll take projects from initial concept layouts through to detailed design / fabrication packages. There is a real variety of work and genuine long term prospects, making this a great time to get board.

This position would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer who has designed material handling systems, conveyors, silos, or similar, who is looking for a technically challenging and varied role, with remote work and long term career prospects.

THE ROLE
* Design material handling equipment including hoppers, conveyors, silos etc
* Create design and fabrication packages for heavy industrial applications
* Produce 2D Layouts and 3D models for blue chip clients
* Remote work with the occasional office meet in the Midlands

THE PERSON
* Mechanical Design Engineer with materials handling experience or similar  
* Proficient in AutoCAD and a 3D CAD package
* Understanding of fabrication design, structural steelwork beneficial
