Mechanical HVAC Project Manager
Location: Nottingham (Office-Based)
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Car + Phone + Laptop + Pension + Bonus
Type: Full-Time | Permanent

A well-established Midlands M&E Design & Build Contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial mechanical projects ranging from £50k to £5m+. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team delivering high-quality, multifaceted building services solutions.

The Role

• Manage HVAC projects from initial specification through to commissioning and handover

• Develop technical documentation, drawings, and plant/equipment schedules

• Place orders and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers

• Manage project costs, variations, monthly applications, forecasts and final accounts

• Oversee site works, attend meetings, conduct inspections, and resolve technical issues

• Ensure smooth commissioning, O&M preparation, and client support

What You’ll Need

• 10+ years’ experience in Mechanical HVAC D&B projects

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building services principles

• HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical Building Services (or equivalent experience)

• Experience with AutoCAD and an understanding of BIM (advantageous)

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team
