Mechanical Project Engineer or Mechanical Project Manager required for a fantastic client based in the Leicestershire region. My client is happy to look at engineer or project management level as they are positioned well to offer progression to either. As a mechanical Project Manger you will typically work across refurbishment and New Build projects with a variety of sectors to keep your interest. This is a brand new position due to the clients success and healthy pipeline for exciting projects within the region.

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing a number of mechanical / HVAC projects simultaneously whilst managing your site teams
• Managing projects from cradle to grave
• Managing budget and ensuring project is running to its programme
• Woking closely with the electrical project engineer / manager and collaborating on any issues
• Attending meetings on and off site
• Health & Safety
• Design input
• Full control of labour and materials and ensure within the given budget

Experience Required

• Proven track record of managing projects to completion
• Valid experience as a mechanical Project Engineer or Mechanical Project Manager on commercial or industrial projects within building services
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid – ideally

Salary / Benefits

• £50,000 - £60,000
