Aqua-Tech are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team on a range of water treatment projects for Anglian Water. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising mechanical works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical installation and maintenance works on water treatment sites.

• Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and quality standards.

• Lead and manage site teams, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and resolve any issues that arise on site.

Requirements:

• SSSTS, SMSTS, and CITB certification (mandatory).

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on industrial or water treatment sites.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and site management.

• Ability to work across multiple sites as required.
