This Building Services specific consultancy have been operating across the country for the last 6 years and are now up to a strong team of 50 individuals across 4 offices. Due to workload and their ambitious plans, they are now looking to add an MEP BIM Technician to their friendly and already successful team – someone who can hit the ground running, work on their own projects, mentor more junior individuals and potentially move into a more management role.

Operating on all sides of building services design – mechanical, electrical, sustainability, BIM and public health, this consultancy have built a strong reputation in a short period and are looking to further establish themselves across the north of the country and the rest of the UK. They are a medium sized practice who working in a huge range of sectors such as education, hospitals, residential and retail to name a few, ever expanding into new divisions.

Their BIM team currently stands at 4 individuals and there are 20 people in the Nottingham office in total – slowly growing due to an impressive amount of work they’ve recently brought in.
