Merchandiser/Account Manager

Job Description:

The Company:

A fantastic opportunity for a senior Account Manager to join an established and leading fashion supplier of ladies, men’s and childrenswear. This role would suit an ambitious sales candidate who has worked in a similar position.

The Role:

• Maintaining accounts with various high street retailers working predominantly with hosiery products.
• Presenting and selling company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Following up on new leads and referrals to obtain new business where possible.
• Organising and attending meetings with Buyers.
• Negotiation of sales/cost prices, lead times and delivery dates with retailers and factories.
• Identifying and resolving client concerns. 
• Participating in marketing events such as trade shows

Skills Required:

• Must have previous account management OR worked as a Merchandiser managing accounts and seeking new challenge..
• A minimum of 1 year working within a ladieswear fast fashion Supplier – experience range from 1 year to 5 year
• A fashion background with fashion.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
