Job Title: Mobile Generator Engineer
Location: Rothwell, West Yorkshire 
Money: £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus Scheme
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Day Shift
Overtime: Paid at time and a half

Mobile Generator Engineer – Job Role:

• Service, maintain, and repair a range of diesel generators
• Diagnose faults and perform mechanical, electrical, and fuel system repairs in a workshop environment
• Conduct inspections and routine maintenance to ensure equipment is safe and compliant
• Prepare generators for hire or dispatch
• Accurately complete job cards, service records, and other relevant documentation

 
Mobile Generator Engineer – Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Maintenance, or equivalent (desirable)
• Previous experience working on generators or similar mechanical/electrical equipment
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of diesel engine and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
