MOT Technician

Job Description:

Our client, a reputable and expanding fast-fit centre in Coventry, is seeking a dedicated MOT Technician to join their professional team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified MOT Technician to develop their career within a high-volume, customer-focused workshop environment. Duties:

• Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
• Perform servicing, light repairs, and vehicle maintenance
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repairs
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
• Support the team in achieving overall performance targets
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all jobs performed

Requirements:

• Valid MOT Tester licence (essential)
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Technician
• Strong mechanical knowledge and fault-finding skills
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK manual driving licence
