MOT Tester - Up to £36,000 basic + uncapped bonus (OTE £39,000+)

As an MOT Tester you will:

Perform MOT tests on a range of vehicles in line with DVSA guidelines.

Identify and advise on any necessary repairs or maintenance required.

Maintain accurate records of tests and results, ensuring full compliance.

Assist with general workshop duties when required to support the wider team.

Ensure that health and safety regulations are always adhered to.

What You Will Bring:

• DVSA-approved MOT Tester Certification (Class 4) (essential).
• A full and valid Driving License.
• Experience working in a fast-paced garage or autocentre environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £34,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
