Mould shop technician

Job Description:

We are seeking an Injection Moulding supervisor and lead technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Injection Moulding, raw materials handling, machine setting, tooling and assembly.

*Responsibilities*

- Operate and maintain Injection Moulding Machines, (including Arburg & Boy)

- Monitor production processes to ensure quality output

- Handle materials efficiently and safely

- Assemble and disassemble tooling as needed

- Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues

- Work with logic controllers to adjust machine settings

- Use hand tools to fabricate components

*Requirements*

- Experience in materials handling within a manufacturing environment

- Knowledge of tooling maintenance and assembly procedures

- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting machinery issues

- Ability to work with logic controllers for process adjustments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
