Multi-Skilled Elec bias maintenance engineer

Location: Corby
Shift Pattern: Continentals (6:30-18:30)
Salary: £47,700 rising to £50,800 after 6-month probation
Holidays: 21 Days

We are seeking a dedicated Multi-Skilled Engineer Elec bias to join our high-performance engineering team within a fast-paced FMCG automated distribution environment. This role involves maintaining and operating key warehouse systems while ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

• Maintain and operate critical automated systems:

  • Conveyors

  • Cranes

  • Cooling systems

  • Oxygen reduction systems

• Ensure all work adheres to supplier guidelines and safety standards.

• Monitor, manage, and order spare parts in line with company policy and budget.

• Support continuous operational improvement across the site.

• NVQ Level 3 in Multi-Skilled Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

• Completed engineering apprenticeship.

• Experience working in an FMCG automated warehouse environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, safety-first mindset.
