Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

NOTION4 is a nationwide property maintenance and construction services business delivering reactive and planned works across private homes, tenanted properties, social housing and commercial buildings.

We are currently recruiting experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join our Maintenance Division in and around the Midlands area

The role
You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair works across occupied domestic and commercial properties. The role will involve working independently on live jobs, delivering high-quality workmanship and representing NOTION4 professionally on site at all times.

Typical works will include:

• Plumbing repairs and minor installations

• Plastering and patch repairs

• Painting and decorating

• General multi-trade and handyman duties

You will be working across private homes, tenanted properties, social housing and commercial premises.

Experience and requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative

• Strong experience in plumbing, plastering, painting and general maintenance work

• Full UK driving licence

• Reliable, punctual and hard-working

• Comfortable working in occupied and tenanted properties
