Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Kilsby, Rugby 

Salary: £47,000 - £50,000

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a supportive and collaborative engineering team within a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, including fault finding, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance to maximise equipment uptime and reliability. You’ll also support continuous improvement initiatives, assist with machinery upgrades and installations, and work closely with production teams to drive safety, performance, and efficiency across site.

Sector - Factory Maintenance 

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an FMCG or Fast Paced environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical) Ideally Electrical Qualification
• Experience working within a fast paced manufacturing environment

Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with working on PLC's, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
