A leading company in the Facilities Management industry is hiring a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer in Coleshill, where your expertise will make a significant impact on operational efficiency.


The Role
 As the Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer, you’ll:

• Conduct multi-skilled maintenance services across electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Perform modifications and installations as needed to ensure equipment reliability.
• Complete maintenance, repairs, and calibrations to optimize plant functionality.
• Liaise with contractors and external suppliers to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high work standards.

3 shift system

1. Morning - 6am-2pm ( Mon-Friday),
2. Afternoon 2pm - 10pm ( Monday to Thurs then Friday 10am - 6pm),
3. Nights 10pm-6am ( Monday till Friday morning 6am)

You
 To be successful in the role of Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer, you’ll bring:
An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of building statutory compliance and health and safety regulations.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to read technical drawings.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive approach to maintaining safety and quality in all work.
