We have an opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative based in and around the Midlands.

Your role as our Multi Trade Operative:

A varied, hands-on role including:

• First and second fix plumbing
• Repair/renew ceiling & floor joists, stud walls, partition walls, stairs, doors, skirting, handrails, flooring, and ducting
• Patch plastering
• Fitting shower trays
• Wall tiling
• Installing full bathroom suites (WC, WHB, mixer showers)
• Painting & decorating to a good standard
• Radiator installation including draining and refilling systems

What We Need from You.

• Completed recognised Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 2/3)
• Experience as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber
• Competence across joinery and/or plumbing disciplines
• Plastering skills (desirable)
• Experience in social housing (desirable)
• Full driving licence
• CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and own tools (skilled workers)
