IT Support Technician

We are supporting a growing Coventry-based organisation seeking an IT Support Technician to join their expanding IT team.

The Role
Provide IT support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, and in person
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, application, and connectivity issues
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi
Escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous IT improvements
Requirements
Experience in an IT support or Helpdesk environment
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking basics, and Microsoft Office
Experience resolving common hardware and basic software issues
