We are working with a well-established and growing housebuilder who are expanding their presence across the East Midlands. They are seeking a confident, customer-focused Sales Executive to join their regional team and play a key role in driving reservations and delivering an exceptional buying experience for customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in property sales (new homes or estate agency) who is looking to join a reputable developer at an exciting stage of growth.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be based on-site at new developments, acting as the main point of contact for potential buyers. You’ll manage the full customer journey – from the very first enquiry right through to legal completion – ensuring a smooth and professional process every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in new homes sales or a strong background in residential property sales.
A natural ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays.
Professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximising sales opportunities across allocated sites, achieving and exceeding targets.
Guiding purchasers through the buying process, delivering outstanding service throughout.
Maintaining accurate sales records and customer data.
Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and internal colleagues to progress sales efficiently.
Keeping the show homes and sales suite presented to the highest standards.
Monitoring local market activity and competitor developments.
Supporting marketing initiatives and promotional events as required.

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (dependent on experience)
