• Welcome customers to site and deliver a warm, professional sales experience

• Guide buyers through the full new‑build sales journey

• Convert enquiries and viewings into reservations

• Manage CRM records, follow up leads, and maintain accurate documentation

• Work closely with site teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Represent the developer with confidence, professionalism, and personality
