Night Shift Engineer

Job Description:

Mason James are partnered with an industry leading UK food manufacturing business based in Nottingham. We are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join the night shift team on a full time, perminent basis. 

Location: Nottingham

Hours: 6pm – 6am (3 on 3 off shift pattern – 12 hours shifts)

Demonstrate knowledge of:

• Planned maintenance
• Raw materials
• Production processes
• Equipment operation
• Manufacturing costs
• QC processes and procedures
• Other manufacturing techniques

Maintenance System: 

Operate and maintain a concise computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) for production and site services that will include:

• Safety risk assessment
• Machine settings
• Critical parts list
• Condition monitoring, autonomous, preventative and predictive maintenance routines
• Completed work orders
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) – Creation and Completion of.
