Salary: Competitive
Hours: 18:00 – 06:00, 4 on 4 off (Nights)
Contract: Full-time, temporary with the opportunity to become permanent

About the Role

We are looking for a Transport Administrator (Nights) to join our busy transport team. This role will involve briefing and debriefing drivers, supporting the smooth running of night operations, and ensuring accurate records are maintained. You’ll play a key part in keeping the operation efficient and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Briefing drivers before their shifts with relevant job details.

• De-briefing drivers on return and ensuring all documentation is completed.

• Logging and checking driver paperwork.

• Assisting with route or job amendments as required.

• Maintaining accurate transport records.

• Supporting the wider transport team with general admin duties.

What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Transport Administrator:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

• IT literacy (Microsoft Office experience preferred).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience in transport, logistics, or administration is desirable but not essential.
