Nights Support Worker

Job Description:

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Care Worker to join a Residential Home on a temporary basis. This is a full-time shift based role.

Key Responsibilities

Care & Support

• Provide personal care, domestic support, medication assistance and undertake health-related tasks in line with personal care plans.

• Support service users to maximise independence and engage in social or community activities.

• Enable individuals to maintain choice and control over their daily lives.

Safety & Wellbeing

• Observe and report changes in service users’ needs and respond appropriately in emergencies.

• Liaise with colleagues, families, carers, and external agencies to ensure safe and effective support.

• Maintain accurate records including Personal Service Plans, logs and reviews.

Essential Experience

• Experience of caring for others (paid, voluntary, or personal).
