Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Personal Advisor to join our Nottingham-based team. This is a client-facing role where you will provide tailored guidance, practical support, and ongoing advice to help individuals achieve their personal, professional, or financial goals.

The successful candidate will be confident managing a caseload, building strong relationships, and delivering high-quality, personalised advice in line with organisational standards and outcomes.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing one-to-one personalised advice and support

• Conduct initial assessments to understand client needs, goals, and circumstances

• Develop and manage tailored action plans, reviewing progress regularly

• Provide accurate, up-to-date advice and guidance in line with internal policies and relevant regulations

• Maintain detailed and compliant client records using internal systems

• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

• Signpost or refer clients to appropriate services where required

• Work towards individual and team performance targets and outcomes

• Ensure safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection standards are always met

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in a client-facing, advisory, or support role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
