Job Description:
We’re exclusively recruiting on behalf of a multi-award-winning hospitality group about to open their flagship NOTTINGHAM site - think stacked burgers, BBQ brilliance, bold drinks, and a cult fan base. As they prepare to shake up the NOTTINGHAM food scene, they’re on the hunt for an energetic and experienced Bars Manager to take the reins behind the bar.This is your chance to shape something fresh from the ground up, bringing your own flair to a brand that’s already a huge name elsewhere.
What the Role Looks Like:
- Lead all bar operations—from opening day to smooth daily service
- Curate and deliver a knockout drinks menu that matches the bold food offer
- Build, train and inspire a team of passionate bartenders
- Maintain stock, GP, compliance and H&S to a high standard
- Own the guest experience—every drink, every time
- Work closely with the GM & senior team on overall site performance
- Previous bar or beverage management experience in a busy, premium-casual or QSR FTS environment
- A love for drinks done properly—whether it’s a classic G&T or a bold house special
- Leadership skills with a big personality and team-first mindset
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Operational confidence (ordering, stock, rotas, compliance)
- Cool under pressure, solutions-focused and always guest-obsessed
- Up to £40,000 OTE
