What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the kitchen operation with confidence, pace, and passion
• Building and developing your own kitchen team from scratch
• Running a tight, high-volume service that never compromises on quality
• Driving consistency and efficiency through smart prep and slick execution
• Owning kitchen standards, stock control, and health & safety
• Working with senior management to make this opening one to remember

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience as a Head Chef in a busy, branded, or high-volume kitchen
• Thrives under pressure and keeps a cool head in the heat of service
• Cares about the details—from portioning to presentation
• Knows how to lead, inspire, and grow a kitchen team
• Understands how to balance creativity with consistency and efficiency
• Is ready to be part of something big, with genuine progression on the table
