Qualification: Level 3 Early Years (Essential)

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm and supportive early years setting in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality care, meaningful learning experiences, and a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework.
• Take full responsibility for the Key Person role, ensuring children’s developmental needs are met and progress is accurately recorded.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Support children’s emotional, social, and educational development through play-based activities.
• Follow all nursery policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (UK recognised – essential)
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting (preferred)
• A caring, enthusiastic, and professional approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
