This provider is seeking a confident, experienced, and commercially astute leader who can drive excellence across every aspect of the service.

While this role does not require nursing registration, candidates must have proven experience successfully managing a nursing home. 

The Nursing Home Manager will hold full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring outstanding standards of care, compliance, and resident experience. They will create a high-performing, values-driven culture and lead the home to achieve both clinical excellence and commercial success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing strong, visible leadership to the entire team

• Driving occupancy, reputation, and overall service performance

• Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and industry best practice

• Overseeing budgets, financial performance, and resource management

• Supporting and developing department leads to build a cohesive management team

• Maintaining exceptional standards of person centred care

• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

• Leading on quality improvement and continuous development initiatives

The successful candidate will be an accomplished Nursing Home Manager with a track record of delivering high quality care within nursing settings. They will combine strong commercial awareness with compassionate leadership.
